A soft rich bread using St David Dairy milk, Glorious Googies open range eggs, and fresh Australian butter to hydrate the dough instead of water. They are just barely sweetened with raw sugar (less sugar than you’ll find in most commercial white loaves) The buns are perfect for burgers or the loaf makes an amazing french toast.

A light rye is one made with a wheat dough base but with a small protion of rye flour added. We use 25% cracked rye grains soaked overnight to soften, as well as a hint of freshly ground Bean Ground and Drunk organic coffee for added complexity and earthyness.

5 Seed High Tin Loaf
A wholemeal loaf bursting with flavour. Our wholemeal is made by sifting out the coarse bran-fibre and soaking it overnight, along with all the seeds, before adding it back into the dough the next morning. This makes for a lovely soft loaf full of flavour and nutrition.

A special blend of organic stone-milled flours, mostly wheat with just a hint of rye, to give a flavour reminiscent of the way bread used to be. Made with our wild yeast starter and no commercial yeast or “bread improvers”.
